Okay so I'm still relatively new to the linux world, i've been using computers for most of my life and my friends kept trying to get me to switch to linux back in the day (back in the 90's and early 2000's) I thought it was okay but didn't really do all that I wanted it to do so I never really adopted it.
ReplyDeleteRecently in the last year or two I started investigating the new linux flavors around and was hooked for quite awhile on Ubuntu - it did almost everything I wanted but I wasn't a big fan of the unity interface. Then I found Linux Mint, this was GREAT, but when it updated you had to reinstall it or manually load the new repositories if you wanted to try a "Live Update"
Now I've found LMDE - (Linux Mint - Debian Edition) - this is the best of Mint and has a rolling update format! It's by far the best linux I've found so far. I LOVE IT.
umm ok, your hyperlinks are crap and all lead to Mint
ReplyDelete@bloodsheder: lol indeed!
ReplyDeleteNice Post with useful info...
